The menu we serve to our guests presents a seasonal selection from chosen farmers, foragers and hunters. We put a lot of effort into the right cooking of the game. For the meat preparation we care about, what does the animal eat in a certain season. We also find out in what environment the animals live. Important is, how does the season affect its favour, so we could prepare and serve the meat and game the best way possible. For each meal, we recommend what kind of beverage is the best choice and tastes good with the chosen menu.

The three-course menu is changing, but you can always have vegetables, poultry (for ex. a duck), a fish (for ex. a catfish) or a game (for ex. fallow deer).

Alcohol beverages  

We offer a wide selection of alcoholic drinks. You can order various liqueurs such as Becherovka or a liqueur Landcraft. We also serve several whiskey brands, for instance, Glenfiddich 18 y.o., cognac and brandy for example Hennesy Fine de Cognac or Calvados Roger. Other alcoholic drink we can serve you is grappa Capovilla and Paolo Berta.

Any Czech restaurant could do without a beer. We tap a beer from Kytín brewery, which is a small brewery close to Prague.

For a better gastronomical experience, you can toast with a glass of wine. The La Degustation restaurant is situated in a wine cellar, which makes it for you easier because you don’t have to look for the other Prague wine cellars. Our wine cellar is full of quality wines. There are wines selected from small European winemakers. We emphasize the source of the grapes and another significant factor for us is how the winemakers treat the vineyard.
